We are both really shy and don’t
like being in front of the camera.

Meeting up with you, scouting locations within the week of the wedding, and building a relationship with you both goes a long way when it comes to making you comfortable in front of the camera. I do my best to allow you to let down your guard, be yourself, and to focus on having the best party you’ve ever thrown.

Can you customise a package to suit our needs?

I’d love to! Given the nature of weddings I understand that package and budget requirements can come in many different shapes and sizes. As a result of this, please don't hesitate to let me know if you require something outside of what's offered, or if you're working to a specific budget as I'd love to see how I can accommodate your needs.

How many hours coverage do you recommend
and how should our timeline look?

Most weddings I shoot range from 8-12hrs. I can work closely with you to establish how long you need me for based on key timings and what’s important to you. As much as possible I want to help you create a timeline that’ll allow the day to run smoothly, not be rushed and result in you spending quality time with your loved ones. It shouldn’t be one big to-do list but a non stop celebration start to finish, punctuated with meaningful connection and lots of partying. 8-12 hours of coverage allows a great amount of time to tell the story of your day, it allows me to build trust and relationships with you and your loved ones over the course of the day, and to capture their true personalities in all of their unique glory.

How long does it take to get the images?

Standard turnaround time is 5-6 weeks. I’ll be in touch once the gallery has been created and is ready to be sent out. Once I’ve emailed you that, I’ll get your current postal address and send over the final package!

How many photos will we receive?

You’ll receive approximately 700-1000 final edited images. I’m very proud of the end product I deliver to you — there’s a consistency in the images from start to finish that means the whole collection is beautifully shot, curated and edited, ready to relive your special day.

Do you travel?

I certainly do and I love it. If you’re having a wedding in a remote or exotic location I’d love to hear from you. Being able to shoot in new and unfamiliar locations can be such a buzz.

Do you offer/suggest a second photographer?

Yes and maybe! The majority of weddings I shoot don’t require a second shooter in my opinion. With around 80-120 guests, the invention of digital photography and a passion for capturing beautiful candid moments, it isn’t necessary to have more than one photographer at your party. I love that I can be unintrusive, a part of the furniture and avoid getting in the way. However upon request or when required I offer a second shooter who can be booked at an hourly rate. In my opinion there are a only a couple of scenarios that would require a second shooter. Either your guest list exceeds 150 people or you have multiple locations with multiple things happening at once which can’t physically be captured by one person. I’m always happy to discuss your plan and requirements and make a recommendation based on what you’re after.

Can we see more full wedding galleries?

Every wedding I shoot, I send out a beautifully curated gallery for my couples to enjoy and share with their friend and family. I’d love to share a couple of those with you and where possible I can show you galleries relating to your venue, just ask when you enquire.

What happens if it rains?

I work closely with you in the lead up to the wedding to make sure we have a plan of attack on the day, no matter what the weather does. Generally speaking, pick locations that are feasible in heavy rain (should that be the forecast leading up to the day), use umbrellas, and make the most of your venue(s).

We love what we see, what next?

I’d love to hear from you! Get in touch and we can tee up a time to catch up in person or via video. Finding a photographer you connect with and feel comfortable around is super important, so catching up is really helpful. I also love being able to share more about who I am and my passion for what I do.
